No single model is good at everything. The one that reasons best is not the one that searches your documentation best, nor the cheapest for sorting a thousand emails. For each task we pick whichever available model gives the best result at the right cost — and that choice changes without touching your agents.

What matters is not which model we use today, but that we depend on none of them. A better one ships every few months; when it does, the routing changes and your agents, your processes and your knowledge stay exactly as they were.
